With over 20 years industry experience lead chef Matt has resume that is hard to rival; from leading the culinary experience at a luxury boutique hotel to being a personal chef for a football club, his expertise and love for high quality food are second to none. F&R pride Ourselves on only ever using hand selected, local produce and premium cuts of meat. Since joining Fire and Rocket Catering, Becky has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. Their exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth. Becky’s background is Hospitality sector and she has worked in Restaurants in Australia (Port Doughlas) worked in Boutique Hotels in England and also now trains front of house staff in hospitality. Becky loves dealing with customers and making sure the customer is happy.

Let Fire and Rocket Catering be a part of your precious day by providing your guests with our delicious stoned baked-pizza, prepared right in front of your eyes and cooked in our kitted out horse trailer which has a Gozney dome fitted inside for your wedding breakfast or evening reception. We will work with you to create a bespoke pizza wedding menu with the bride and grooms favourite pizza as the main event. At Fire and Rocket we love a wedding! We take great pride in working with couples to ensure the catering is the least stressful part of the planning and is a real talking point on your special day. WEDDING PIZZA - EVENING FOOD
Wedding Stoned baked Pizza
This is our speciality! We usually suggest serving buffet style for evening food. We will work with you to bespoke a menu of your choice which we then cook fresh all evening so your guests can come and grab a slice as and when they wish. The perfect mid-dancing snack!
We provide everything you will need to keep your wedding guests well fed and fuelled for the dance floor.
